Maureen gave the world a great deal of joy, and it was just like her to want one more gathering — the kind with too much food, easy laughter, and old friends finding each other across a crowded yard. We were grateful to so many of you who came to celebrate a life lived with remarkable kindness.
Thank you for joining us. The afternoon held a short program with a few remembrances, lunch and refreshments served throughout, and a covered backyard that meant rain or shine, we were together.
If you have a photograph or a memory of Maureen, the family would still love to see it — whether or not you were able to be there on the day.
